|Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late for your appointment, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, as a courtesy to other clients, we may have to reschedule your appointment.||No pets are allowed in the salon according to state regulations.||InSignia Hair studios is an environment in which we want you and others to relax and experience the ultimate in service. For your comfort and the comfort of others around we ask that you refrain from bringing your children for your visit unless they are receiving services.|

There are No Refund on Services.
|We understand that life gets in the way sometimes, and you may not be able to commit to your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hour notice if you must cancel your appointment.|
After three (3) same-day cancellations or missed appointments, you will be asked to reserve future appointments with a credit card.
|We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash or debit cards. We are happy to accept checks from established clients only.|
